Built in 1896 for single family occupancy by Mary Elizabeth Linkous' grandmother the house was purchased by Michael & Wendy Baisden after Mrs. Linkous' death and renovated with 7 new bathrooms, new plumbing and wiring, new heating and cooling and loads of decorative and restoration work. A 6 guest room beautiful bed and breakfast with three stories and 27 rooms total it is the oldest wood home standing in Williamson West Virginia.
