1. Rooms may be guaranteed with a credit card or check if enough time allows for mailing prior to your reservation. We do not charge you for the reservation until you arrive unless you do not cancel the reservation as listed in the following policies. If you make a reservation and do not call us to cancel we WILL CHARGE YOUR credit card for the room ! You must have a cancellation number in order to avoid charges.
2. Check in hours are after 2:00 and we will work with you on this as much as we can based on the previous and next nights guests. Sometimes we can not allow for late check outs. If you will not be arriving at the B&B until after hours, usually 9 pm then we make arrangements for you to check in late.
3. Smoking and candles are not allowed inside the B&B due to West Virginia state fire codes. Smoking is permitted only in the yard, the upstairs smokers porch and the first floor outdoor sitting porch to the side of the house. We will ask you to leave if we smell you smoking in the house at any point and will reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee. So please use the smoking areas for all smoking needs. The rooms are conviently locacted to the smoking area for those who do smoke.
4. The B&B does gladly accomodate well-behaved children with adult supervision. We unfortunately do not baby sit. Dont laugh ! We have had parents who expected us to keep the kids while they went out. Children must be accompanied by an adult !
5. We do not offer cots in most rooms but can make arrangements in a couple of the rooms for an extra person on occasion. The rooms are set up for two adults in most cases but Dannys room has an extra twin size bed in it. So if you need an extra bed try to ask for Dannys Room when making your reservation.
